Web Development

Foundations of Web Design provides coherent and rigorous content aligned with challenging academic standards and relevant technical knowledge and skills needed to prepare for careers such as an Assistant Web Designer, a Web Designer, and Senior Web Designer in the Information Technology career

Digital Design

This course is designed to provide a basic overview of the concepts of design. This activity-based course will expose students to basic layout and design skills through projects based on real-life marketing pieces while using Adobe software product.

Digital Media

Available to freshmen to seniors: this course is designed to develop basic entry-level skills required for careers in the digital publishing industry. The content includes computer skills; digital publishing concepts and operations, layout, design, and measurement activities; decision-making activities, and digital imaging.

Students will have the opportunity to earn industry certification in the following areas:

  • Toon Boom Storyboard Pro
  • Adobe Creative Cloud/CC - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash
  • Information Technology Specialist - HTML and CSS
