Senior Check Out
Tuesday, May 26th or Wednesday, May 27th from 7:00am to 2:00pm seniors will return their Chromebooks and any remaining textbooks, complete a senior exit survey/final transcript request and pickup graduation items.
Students must check in at the main office before proceeding to the media center. Once in the media center, each student will need a check off form, that when completed, will turn in for graduation items. Students will enter through the front entrance of the media center. Students will need to have their Chromebook, Charger, and Case. *If any items are missing, be prepared to satisfy the replacement cost – Chromebook = $358.40 / Charger - $36.00 / Case - $17.00
Students will then need to proceed to the bookkeepers’ office in the main office to pay any fees or fines.
Students will then proceed to Mrs. Gedde’s office (in Student Affairs)to complete a senior survey/final transcript request and to pick up their graduation items. If you did need to pay any fees and fines, you will not be given your graduation items until they have been cleared.
To look up fees and/or fines click “Instructional APPS'' on your launchpad; click on “Follett Destiny”, click on the top tab “My Info”. A list of your current checkouts will appear. Scroll down to see fees and fines. Fees and fines can be paid in the media center or bookkeeper's office. Chromebook, charger, and case fees/fines are not listed in Follett Destiny.
Graduation tickets will be distributed at the end of practice on Thursday, May 28th which is immediately after the Senior Breakfast. Graduation practice is MANDATORY.
