Changes to Student Sign Out Coming

Effective March 28, 2022, parents will need to complete the Sign Out Request form located on the school website homepage.

Please use this form to request an early release of your student from school.  This form will automatically be sent to the attendance clerk.  Please allow 30 minutes from the time of submission for release of the student.  The following parameters MUST be met in order for your student to be released:

- All electronic sign out requests must be submitted prior to 10AM daily.

- Telephone or email requests will NOT be accepted.

- This form is for Student Drivers ONLY.

- A separate form must be completed for each student, even if leaving in the same vehicle.


Parent/Guardian will be contacted by the school to confirm the electronic sign out request. The phone number given must match the parent/guardian information currently on file. If it does not, your child must be signed out in person, with proper identification.  Absences will be marked unexcused until an appropriate written excuse is sent to the Attendance Office.
